Our Story

Stars Academy is registered under the government of Tanzania. The school is primarily located in Arusha region. The school was established in 2015 with the intention of preparing and inspiring future leaders through the provision of high quality and practical education at affordable school fees.
Stars Academy fosters holistic growth approach with the aim of developing student’s physical capabilities, intellectual capabilities and social abilities. This approach prepares students to be responsible global citizens, resilient problem solvers, and accountable leaders. The school’s target group ranges from the age of 1, who join the preschool as babies to 14 years old primary school students.
Because the school believes in inclusive, it began accepting children with special needs in 2017. This was a deliberate decision to ensure that no one was left behind. Every child has the right to a good education.

Objective

•To utilize best practice evidence to guide teaching, learning and reflection, through attracting the best and brightest teachers in all areas of education, locally and internationally.
•Review learning environments to enable modern pedagogies, and continue to develop existing staff professional learning programs
•To retain our position as the best school implementing the NECTA curriculum, offering opportunities for all, while continuing to build the foundation for our learners. Strengthen the facilities for students with special needs, respect diversity and empower students at all levels and abilities.
•To establish long-term sustainability and financial viability through the development of a co-curricular strategy to attract talented students.
